We hope you love your order! If you're not perfectly satisfied, you may request a return for your item(s) within 3 days of receiving it. All items must be returned in an unworn, unwashed, and in tact state, with all protective materials in place, as well as attached tags. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product shows signs of wear or has been altered from its original condition in any way. In this instance, you may choose to have the item(s) sent back to you at your own expense.

- Any orders returned without an LW-issued RA# and label are considered the responsibility of the customer to insure. LW will not be held responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages.
- Any orders returned without an LW-issued RA# and label will be returned to the customer.
Once your order is received and approved by the LW team, a restocking and return fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund.
All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Following confirmation a return label will be issued.
Once the item is received in store, the new item will be sent to you.
